If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us at admin@imperiumapparel.co within 14 days from the order’s delivery date and we will get back to you in a timely manner. 

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hang tags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. 

 *Please note that all sale items are final. However, we do allow size exchanges and returns for store credit as a courtesy. 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment.
